612-418-6802 Coach Adams has his USSF National “D” coaching license and NSCAA State Diploma. He has coached and trained all levels of soccer for 20 years. Coach Adams is currently an Analyst in Corporate Insurance at U.S. Bank in Minneapolis. Prior to RHS, Coach Adams was the JV assistant women’s soccer coach for two years at Apple Valley High School. Before that, Coach Adams was the Varsity women’s coach at St. Croix Lutheran High School for two seasons. He was also the women’s Varsity assistant at Visitation High School for 2 years and the Varsity Assistant for 2 years at Henry Sibley High School. Coach Adams was also the boy’s Varsity assistant coach at St. Thomas Academy from 1998-2000. During his tenure at St. Thomas, the boys qualified for the State Tournament in 1998 and 1999, taking 3rd in 1998 and 2nd in 1999.\ In addition to his high school coaching experience, Coach Adams has 18 years experience coaching club soccer including girls’ premiere teams. Coach Adams has been involved with Rosemount Traveling Soccer, Valley United, Dakota Rev, Tonka United, Bangu, the Sibley Sting, and Burnsville Fire. Coach Adams was also was also the RAAA in-house soccer director in the 1990’s. Coach Adams has lived in the area since 1987. He
played soccer at St. Thomas Academy and in adult
leagues. Coach Adams is married with a son and daughter who both
played soccer through High School. His daughter will continue her playing at
the collegiate level.

Coach Tompkins is a 1988 graduate of RHS. She was a 3 sport athlete playing soccer, basketball and softball for the IRISH. She was named All-Conference, All-State, All-Metro, and All-Region in all 3 sports. As a soccer player she was also named player of the year in 1987 and an All-American candidate. Nicole started playing soccer at the age of 7 playing for Rosemount, Apple Valley and Bangu traveling programs. She played for the Minnesota State Select team and continued on playing for St. Mary’s and the Minnesota Lightning. Nicole was an assistant Varsity soccer coach at Visitation High School for five years. She has coached at Black Hawk Middle School for 4 years and has her “D” coaching license. She also coaches the 10th grade basketball team for the IRISH. Nicole is married with a 12 year old daughter that is currently playing U12 for MTA. Nicole is very excited to be back for her 4th season at RHS. GO IRISH!! |

I have coached middle school 6th
and 7th grade girls at
I look forward to being part of the Rosemount Soccer program and working with the talented athletes.

715-529-4093 Kristin Wros is the Sophomore girls soccer coach. Kristin has her "D" coaching license as well as her regional goalkeeper coaching certificate. This is Kristin's third year as a coach at RHS and second year with the Sophomore team. Kristin grew up in River Falls, WI, where she graduated in 2001 after playing for three years on the high school varsity team as their goalkeeper, earning All-conference honorable mention her senior year. She then went on to play for four years at the College of St. Catherine, playing goalkeeper for her first two years before moving on to play on the field. In addition to her years of playing experience, Kristin also coaches a local U14 C1 team, is attending graduate school at UW-River Falls to earn her Master's in Education, and works as a full-time nanny in St. Paul. Kristin is very excited to continue working with the RHS soccer program, and hopes to assist the girls and other coaches in a successful season!
Haley Lohnquist (McNallan) Coach Lonnquist has her USSF National “D” coaching license. This year will be her 10th year coaching youth soccer. Hayley graduated from Curtis High School in Tacoma, WA where she was named Washington State Player of the Year in 1998. She also competed in Track & Field where she was All-State and team MVP. In 2000, Hayley played 4 years of Division 1 soccer at the University of California Irvine. At UCI, Hayley lead her team in goals scored 3 years in a row, and lead in assists her junior and senior year. Hayley also played in the US Women’s League from 2001-2006; she played for the Oklahoma Outrage, Seattle Sounders and the Minnesota Lightning . This will be Coach Lonnquist’s first year coaching at RHS. Last year, she was the head varsity coach at the International School of Minnesota. She is excited to work with the girls and is looking forward to assist in the growth of the RHS soccer program.
Chris Adams I am a 2009 graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education. I spent the spring of 2010 as a long term sub in the Robbinsdale School District. I played soccer through my junior year of high school, spending much of my time at goalie. I am currently in my second year coaching for the Burnsville Fire Soccer Club. This fall I will be the 9B coach in my first year as a member of the staff at RHS. Looking forward to a great season! |
