Flash Designer
Job Description:
- Recommend, design, script (code) and implement graphic and interactive solutions for clients as required
- Transform scripts and visualizations into fluid, highly kinetic motion graphic animations and banners
- Translate concepts and information into visually compelling web graphics and navigation under tight deadlines
- Work closely with Creative Director and Production Managers
- Be creative working within corporate client style guides, templates and existing elements
- Minimum 3 years experience in professional design/animation and programming
- Required software skills include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver
- Web development experience (HTML, CSS)
- Video experience with Final Cut Pro editing a PLUS
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and provide varying levels of graphic production support to clients and staff
- Self-motivated, requiring minimal hands-on management
- Highly organized, with attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Good follow-through a must
- Positive, "can do" attitude
