Thinking of building a financial website?
Every year, JD Power releases their Online Trading Investor Satisfaction Study… It is primarily based on about 5,000 people's views of the top 10-15 online firms (Scottrade, Fidelity, Brownco, etc.). On September 14, 2004, they released the updated information on what is important to people looking at your web site. Although none of the rankings changed from last year - they did note that the most significant change in their overall rankings came from the "importance of having in-person access to a broker". Here are those rankings:
- Lower Commission Costs
- Customer Service
- Integrity of the Firm
- Trade Execution
- Web Site Capability
- Information Resources
Or...You could just contact us, as we've built a number of financial sites and we know what people are looking for.
