Michael Hubbard – CEO
Michael founded Media Two Interactive in 1998 and currently acts as its CEO. In this role he drives the continuing growth of the agency not only by overseeing the management team, but also by serving as a mentor to account executives, coordinators, designers, strategists, and everyone in between, giving them the benefit of his 10+ years of interactive experience. A visionary thinker, Michael saw the importance of interactive in the media mix over a decade ago. As such, he has provided consistently innovative media buying strategy for clients, and in Media Two he has fostered an environment of creativity where data and technology serve as the foundations for pioneering work in the advertising space. In fact, Michael is so fond of data, he can frequently be found creating spreadsheets “just for fun”.
Michael has served as an executive board member, followed by a term as President of the Triangle Interactive Marketing Association – a professional, nonprofit organization dedicated towards the education and advancement of interactive in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina. Michael also has a seat on the advisory committee at Wake Technical Institute in Raleigh, NC. He has been quoted by many of the top trade publications and has been a speaker at several high profile events, and with his tenth year in the industry, he was an instant selection to the “Old Timers List” – which is an exclusive group of over 400 industry leaders who have a minimum of 10 years of interactive experience.
Seth Hargrave – Media Director
Seth is experienced in all facets of interactive marketing including interactive brand management, direct response strategy, media planning, campaign execution, performance optimization, social media strategy, and digital media convergence. Seth has managed campaigns with Microsoft, 3M, Mattel, The Chicago Board of Trade, MFGlobal, and other fortune 500′s. He is well versed in search engine marketing, ad serving, display campaign management, and CRM based email solutions. Seth has been with Media Two for 6 years now.
Randi Garrett – VP Client Services
Never receiving the call from Broadway (even after a stellar performance as an apple tree in a college production of “The Wizard of Oz”), Randi Garrett decided to enter the creative field of advertising. She acts as a liaison between Media Two clients and the agency and develops and manages clients’ strategic marketing communications plans. Randi uses her 12-plus years of marketing and advertising experience to provide Media Two clients with assistance in strategic communications planning, project planning and execution, and marketing budget management and implementation.
Heather Morrison – CFO
Heather joined Media Two in March of 2007, bringing 6 years of experience in financial accounting for small and mid-size business. Heather is responsible for the financial functions within the company, including oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and financial analysis, as well as the payroll and the maintenance of employee benefits.
Heather was selected as the Triangle’s Top CFO for 2009 and again in 2010 by Business Leader Magazine for her strength and leadership that culminated in 3-straight Inc 500 awards.
