Employment at Media Two Interactive
Media Two Interactive is always looking to align ourselves with partners who can make filling job openings easier. As a fast-growing company with plenty of positions opening frequently, we have noticed an influx in career services partnering phone calls - so we wanted to take the time to post our wants and needs here beginning with commissions and contracts.
We are more than willing to pay a 10% commission on a persons annual salary if that person is pre-qualified by your firm. Too many times firms send us everyone they have in their database in hopes that it's the correct match. Please know that we are looking for QUALITY and EXPERIENCED interactive professionals. If you send us more than 5 people and we have not scheduled even one phone interview, chances are you are wasting our time and yours. We know you want the commission, but please know that we are growing and their will be more opportunities, so only send us what we are looking for or the relationship will be short-lived.
Once you have reviewed the candidates, please send them our way. If we have not been contacted directly or been approached by someone else about them, we will tell you immediately. We will then review their resume and objectives and promptly schedule a 30-minute phone interview coordinated through your firm. We understand that schedules change, but if you could do your best to keep the candidate to the confirmed time it again will save everyone time and effort. If the candidate passes the phone interview, we will then bring them in for a 1-2 hour in-person interview in which they will meet with our Media Director followed by the rest of the team that they will be working with. There will not be a 2nd in-person interview, we should be able to say yes, no or hang onto them for future positions.
Any candidate you send our way that we are not working with already we will honor a one-time contract for that employee with you. We will not, however, sign any contracts exclusive or otherwise utilizing your terms and conditions. All terms and conditions will be spelled out on this page and posted for everyone to agree upon. We are open to adjusting these terms, but to keep the playing field level, we will keep everyone on the same terms. We appreciate your understanding, and do look forward to working with you. Here are some of our general terms we agree to:
- Contingency Fee equal to ten (10) percent of the annual base salary offered and accepted. Fee excludes any signing bonuses, relocation fees or other future earnings other than the base salary.
- Referral fee will be paid by Media Two within 30 days immediately following the start of employment
- If the candidate is let go of or quits within the first 90 days, the referring agency will work to find a suitable replacement within the next 120 days or refund the commission payment
- Each referral for a qualified position will be exclusive to the referring agency for 6 months.
